Trusted Planning LLP was accepted as a SIFA Professional member having been nominated by a leading solicitor practice and having exceeded the strict entry requirements.

Established in 1992 their team includes a director who was previously the director of The Law Society charged with Legal Services Act transition and a director who was previously head of financial services compliance at The Law Society. SIFA provides support services to independent financial adviser firms that are part of or work closely with legal and accountancy practices.

To qualify for SIFA Professional membership, firms must:

• Be completely independent and advise on products and investments from the whole of the market.
• Be directly regulated by the FSA.
• Have directors or partners who hold advanced qualifications.
• Be fee (not commission) based.
• Be nominated by a legal or accountancy firm with which they work.
• Adhere to a strict code of conduct.

Our membership provides access to a wealth of invaluable support and expertise geared towards professional IFA firms such as ourselves, whilst allowing us to remain completely independent and impartial.
